Kitcho is a food delivery platform based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle your
personal information when you use our app.

- Assign riders and enable real-time delivery tracking

We do not sell your data. We only share it to fulfill your order:
- Restaurants — receive your order details and delivery address
- Riders — receive your address, phone number, and delivery PIN
- Payment processors — receive payment data to complete transactions
- Authorities — only when required by Nigerian law or a court order
Kitcho needs your location to show nearby restaurants and route deliveries. We don't store your location
history beyond what's needed to complete a delivery. You can turn off location access in your device settings,
but this will limit app functionality.
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party partners. We never store your full card number
or bank details on our servers.
We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request account and data deletion at any time
through in-app support or by emailing us. Some records may be kept as required by Nigerian law.

Kitcho is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us immediately if

keep your data safe. No system is completely risk-free, so please use a strong password for your account.
